This new rpg I am going to make is base on Naruto!! Yay, big cheers for Naruto's Fans and I planned them out correctly.

3.No killing other characters unless they give permission to do so, but you always can reincarnate.

I don't want to put Skills and weapons cause people gonna put their better and more powerful than others.
You can put ranks also, or maybe Missing Nins also can~ if you want to be hunted down by others. .
Duh, you can be ANBU, you know the masked fox lol? or Medical Group.
Sorry I listed my skills, coz I think it's better to have a skill list. Just put a reminder not to god-mode and it'll be fine. Like say:-
1) strength: very weak, weak, average, strong, very strong
2) speed - very slow, slow, average, fast, very fast
3) intelligence - very poor, poor, average, good, excellent
4) handseal knowledge - very poor, poor, average, good, excellent
5) chakra - low, medium, high, massive
Then, set a rule in which every trait should balance each other. Like say if you have massive chakra, your jutsu skills should be tweaked to average. Also, skills should be set like
1) weakest field
2) average field
3) weakest field
